Effective date : 1 January 2012
With Driver: Exlusive of gasoline, parking & freeway. The Car will be supplied with a full tank, and is to be returned with a full tank.
Complete: Inclusive of driver, gasoline, parking and freeway.
DAILY RENTAL WITH DRIVER (max. 12 hours/day)
1. Any additional hour is charge Rp.35,000 per hour ( inclusive of driver overtime, gasoline, parking and freeway).
2. All Cars are equipped with CD player. Personal CDs are welcomed.
3. Driver's meal, transport and allowance are included.
4. Settlement is via cash unless there is prior arragement and official receipt will be issued by the driver.
MONTHLY RENTAL WITH DRIVER (max. 9 hours/day)
1. All of our cars are covered by All Risk (Comprehensive ) Insurance Policy Include theft, flood, and riot. Third Party Liability is up to Rp.50 juta.
2. Car replacement will be provided for all car maintenance and repairs without any charges. The replacement car will be of the same type or better.
3. Monthly driver fee is Rp.1,500,000 (before 10% VAT). It is compulsory for all of our drivers to carry a mobile phone.
4. Driver working hours:
Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Overtime: Rp.10.000/hour.
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday min. 9 hours working ( Rp.90,000). Overtime: Rp.10,000/hour.
5. Driver trip out of town expense is charge to client. Different city is different expense.
6. For car rental without driver (min. 5 days). there is Rp.100,000 charge for car delivery and pickup to user address (within Jakarta).
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
* Avanza = Rp. 3,000,000
* Innova = Rp. 4,000,000
* Fortuner = Rp. 5,000,000
DOCUMENTS
1. Foreigner: copy of passport & International driver license.
2. Indonesia: copy of KTP, KK & SIM.
